All Penguin Pottery products are backed by our Lifetime Warranty. See warranty & support section for more information. If you have any issues, we will give you a refund or replace your board - no questions asked!

To start a return or request a refund, you can contact us at support@penguinpottery.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
