Safety Data Sheets

Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are comprehensive reports prepared by Penguin Pottery that detail the physical and chemical properties, potential hazards, exposure risks, safe handling procedures, emergency protocols, and control measures for their products. SDSs follow a standardized 16-section format based on the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) guidelines, now incorporated into OSHA's updated Hazard Communication Plan. Since June 1, 2015, SDSs have officially replaced Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). OSHA offers resources like Quick Cards on SDS and Pictograms for further information.
